Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 11/2 cups uncooked instant rice
- 1 medium onion
- 2 - eggs slightly beaten
- 11/2 - garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1-10 ounce frozen brussels sprouts
- 2 cans 15 oz each tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
How To Make inside out brusseles sprouts

Step 1In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients and mix well. Shape a 1/4 cupful each frozen Brussels sprout to form a meatball.

Step 2Place in a ungreased 15 by 10 inch baking dish. Combine tomato sauce, water, thyme, pour over meatballs.

Step 3Cover and bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour or until meatballs are cooked through.

Step 4Yield 8 to 10
