This is a wonderful treat with keeping weight off. It's only 79 calories per serving. This recipe is great with my other recipe,"Potato-Tomato Curry" Also served over a bed of lettuce as a salad side dish. This is wonderful summer dish. Enjoy.... "Happy Heart"

  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh gingerroot
  • 2/3 cup lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
