Ingredients
- 2 bunches parsley,finely chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes , finely cubed
- 1/4 cup mint, fresh , finely chopped
- 1/8 cup fine bulgur wheat, uncooked
- 1/2 cup lemon juice, fresh
- 1 pinch lemon zest, grated
- 1 medium white onions ,finely cubed
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make tabbouleh

Step 1Wash finely chopped parsley and mint then drain.

Step 2Wash bulgur and drain.

Step 3In a salad bowl, mix green ingredients which are drained with cubed tomatoes, onions,bulgur and lemon zest.

Step 4add lemon juice, salt and olive oil. you can add extra lemon juice and salt if needed.

Step 5eat with lettuce leaves or cabbage leaves.
