parsley,finely chopped
3 medium
tomatoes , finely cubed
1/4 c
mint, fresh , finely chopped
1/8 c
fine bulgur wheat, uncooked
1/2 c
lemon juice, fresh
1 pinch
lemon zest, grated
1 medium
white onions ,finely cubed
1/4 c
olive oil, extra virgin
1 tsp
salt

How to Make Tabbouleh

Step-by-Step

  • 1Wash finely chopped parsley and mint then drain.
  • 2Wash bulgur and drain.
  • 3In a salad bowl, mix green ingredients which are drained with cubed tomatoes, onions,bulgur and lemon zest.
  • 4add lemon juice, salt and olive oil. you can add extra lemon juice and salt if needed.
  • 5eat with lettuce leaves or cabbage leaves.
