Ingredients

  • 2 bunches parsley,finely chopped
  • 3 medium tomatoes , finely cubed
  • 1/4 cup mint, fresh , finely chopped
  • 1/8 cup fine bulgur wheat, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 pinch lemon zest, grated
  • 1 medium white onions ,finely cubed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How To Make tabbouleh

  • Step 1
    Wash finely chopped parsley and mint then drain.
  • Step 2
    Wash bulgur and drain.
  • Step 3
    In a salad bowl, mix green ingredients which are drained with cubed tomatoes, onions,bulgur and lemon zest.
  • Step 4
    add lemon juice, salt and olive oil. you can add extra lemon juice and salt if needed.
  • Step 5
    eat with lettuce leaves or cabbage leaves.
