This Pico De Gallo is the best I've personally had. It's from my sisters husbands family, who are Mexican. The ingredients are fresh and clean tasting. A very simple recipe but it is so delicious and by far the fresh flavor profile beats the store bought kind!

Ingredients
- 3 medium vine ripened tomatos
- 1/2 medium sweet yellow onion or white onion
- 6 - fresh green serrano chilis
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, fresh
- 1 tablespoon parsely, fresh
- - salt-n-pepper to taste
- 1 medium lemon or lime
How To Make pico de gallo

Step 1Hint: If at all possible, buy as many ingredients organic for this recipe since it is not cooked.

Step 2Chop Tomato with skin on into small pieces Add 1/2 Onion, chopped small

Step 3Add chopped fine the... Serrano Chilis, Cilantro, Parsely Dash of salt-n-pepper to taste

Step 4Squeeze Lemon or Lime over mixture. Mix. Let rest for 3-4 hours in fridge. Keeps 5-6 days.
