Actually, I’m make a bunch of these up for one of my clients, and I’ll probably save a few for my July 4th party coming up this week.
- 8 oz
- fresh crabmeat, picked over for shells
- 3 Tbsp
- 1 tsp
- lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch
- cayenne pepper
- 4 slice
- bacon, thick sliced
- 15-20 slice
- colby cheese, cut into 1-inch squares about 1/8 inch thick
