1 1/2 lbtop round steak cut into 1 1/2" cubes, if you have left-over steak or roast beef use it in this recipe.

1 cantomatoe drained ( large can )

1 canniblet corn
-
1/2 tspbasil

a pinch of nutmeg

salt and pepper to taste

1Saute meat in olive oil and place in a casserole dish with tomatoes, corn, and seasoning.

2Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
