Baked For 30 Minutes At 375 Degrees. Took Out, Covered The Edge With Foil And Baked Another 5 Minutes. Removed From Oven At 3:10 P.m. Wanting To Cut Me Some Pie! Lol 9/01/12

Put The Top Crust On The Pie, Crimped The Edges, Poked Holes With Fork, Added 'hearts', Melted Butter In Mico And Spread On, Sprinkled With Sugar And On Almost Half...cinnamon. 9/01/12

I Drained The Peaches In A Colander Over A Bowl For At Least 5 Minutes. Put Them In The Pan With 1/2 Stick Butter, 1/2 Cup Sugar, 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg And 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon. Slow Boiled For 10 Minutes. 9/01/12
