Baked for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Took out, covered the edge with foil and baked another 5 minutes. Removed from oven at 3:10 p.m. Wanting to cut me some pie! LOL 9/01/12
When I drained the two cans of peaches into a bowl this is the amount of liquid that drained off...a pint jar, a 5oz glass and the Tablespoon that I drank. LOL 9/01/12
Put the top crust on the pie, crimped the edges, poked holes with fork, added 'hearts', melted butter in mico and spread on, sprinkled with sugar and on almost half...cinnamon. 9/01/12
Poured the peach mixture into the pie shell in a deep dish 9" pie plate. See how much juice is in the pie. I wasn't sure if I should put all that liquid in there. 9/01/12
I drained the peaches in a colander over a bowl for at least 5 minutes. Put them in the pan with 1/2 stick butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp nutmeg and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Slow boiled for 10 minutes. 9/01/12
