Great to hear From you. Yes my daughter lives near Pickerington, in a beautiful area of every thing you would need in a store, weather it is food, clothing or items for the house. We are about an hour north of Columbus near Mansfield, kinda out in the sticks but 5 miles from everything.You will love it in Ohio it's a beautiful state! Yes I am proud of our bread! There is 1 loaf left, I gave a half to a friend who has trouble with her sugar so even with all the raisins she can eat it without extra insulin. It's been fun chatting with you, thank you so much .

Deborah there is nothing wrong with your bread. Now grab an electric knife and slice it all down, add some softened butter on the slices you plan to eat, and it will be so good.

I noticed that you are in the State where my daughter lives, are you any place near the Ohio State University? We love it there, in fact my hubby wants us to move there when he retires.

If you don't eat all of that bread you might want to take one and make my Irish Soda Bread Pudding W/ Whiskey Cream Sauce Smile, It is really good.
