I made this today for my family and it was a BIG hit! I made it with the caraway seeds, too. It was DELICIOUS!! The best Irish Soda Bread recipe I've tried. A keeper for sure!
I love the flavor of this bread. Even though I made it with Guinness instead of buttermilk, it turned out beautifully. Just shows you can do a lot with a good recipe!
