I remember when the butcher would give you the wings if you asked for them. Of course that was in the good old days.

That's like ground beef....the extra lean is $5-49 per lb. I can buy a lean chuck roast for $2.99 per lb and grind it myself plus it tastes better when it's fresh ground.

Hope you have a wonderful weekend. This is ROT Rally weekend here. Lots of motorcycles on the road and there will be many more by morning.

I know - It's ridiculous how expensive wings are - they cost more than breasts per pound.

I used boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips to make these. Wings were $3.47 per lb and chicken breasts were on sale for $1.47 per lb. They were really good.
