This cake turned out amazing! Amazing to eat, and amazing to look at! Everyone was dying to cut into it and when they finally did, they were going back for seconds! I will definitely be baking this yummy dessert again in the near future.
Here's some of the cake that stayed in the bundt pan. Hub and I scraped some out and ate it and I tried to put the bigger piece back on the cake. 10/25/12

After you get it fixed with your glaze an all, and if it still doesn't look like you want it too.....then I'd just slice it all up and put the slices on a pretty platter and take it that way.
Sometimes I slice my cakes before taking them anyway so I don't have to slice it there.
It will all be ok.
BUT I AM TAKING IT SOMEWHERE!!!!
The prep of the pan above says "generously grease bundt pan" in step one of the directions. And I GENEROUSLY greased the pan with crisco! SO Maybe it should say to flour the pan too???? Anyway, it didn't so I didn't.
I don't have the time...energy...or money to make another dessert to take tomorrow so I am taking this no matter what it looks like! It is delicious even without the toppings and ganache glaze....so it will be enjoyed...even if only by my hubby and me! 10/25/12
aawww Rosie Gal...did ya need a bit more "prep`en of the ole pan".
Who cares what it looks like as long as it taste good.
Now if you were taking it somewhere, I realize you'd want it to be perfect.
