My version of your Preacher cake; I tweaked your recipe by using 1 cup Splenda Blend. Toasted the walnuts it took 30 minutes to bake. For the frosting; used 18 packets of Splenda, 1 1/2 pkgs room temp low fat cream cheese neufchatel, 2 teas vanilla, 1 1/2 teas butter and 1-2 tbsp half and half for the frosting. After I found your recipe it looked so good I had to make it! It was so yummy my friends and family loved it!!!

I made 21 of the cupcakes and come home with only 3 .. So another will be made this weekend ..only this time in a bundt pan ... That is my favorite cake pan btw ! Anyway ~ my friends loved my display on the cupcake holder I used and the paper holder's .
