First Batch In The Frying Pan. Got A Little More Batter In That One Than The Rest; But It Doesn't Matter. Just Makes A Bigger Pancake. Lol

The Thickness Of The Batter Surprised Me; But They Turned Out Great. When I Went To Make These, I Found Out That I Didn't Have Enough Buttermilk..only Had 1/2 Cup..i Had Some Half And Half So I Put Some Vinegar In That To Make The Rest Of The Buttermilk.

The thickness of the batter surprised me; but they turned out great. When I went to make these, I found out that I didn't have enough buttermilk..only had 1/2 cup..I had some half and half so I put some vinegar in that to make the rest of the buttermilk.
