First Batch In The Frying Pan. Got A Little More Batter In That One Than The Rest; But It Doesn't Matter. Just Makes A Bigger Pancake. Lol

The Thickness Of The Batter Surprised Me; But They Turned Out Great. When I Went To Make These, I Found Out That I Didn't Have Enough Buttermilk..only Had 1/2 Cup..i Had Some Half And Half So I Put Some Vinegar In That To Make The Rest Of The Buttermilk.

Just might try it that way, Janet. Sounds like it would work. 3/14/13

Maybe...just maybe using the oven method, if you put a baking pan of hot water on the bottom of your oven to create steam on a low heat that may not dry out the pancakes?

I'm ready for some more of these. I'll let you know when we eat the frozen ones...how we like them. Not sure yet how I will reheat them. That could make all the difference in how they turn out.
Maybe from freezer to toaster? Maybe reheat in oven. Don't think the microwave will work. Maybe I'll experiment...LOL
Yes, I'll let you know how they tasted and how I reheated them. 3/14/13
