This Is The Best Carrot Cake I Have Made..i Agree The Title Serves Says It Best, Because It Is So Good. As You Can See...someone's Fingers Could Not Keep Out Of It Before I Took This Picture, And It Was Just Frosted...he, He! This Cake Is Absolutely Delicious! I Added The Required Grated Carrots, And Walnuts...but Also Added (optional) 1 Cup Of Coconut Flakes, And 2 Cups Of Raisins. I Made It Really Chunky..love It This Way! Thank You Jane For Sharing This Delicious Recipe..this Is A Keeper For Me, And The Name Says It All!

This is the best Carrot Cake I have made..I agree the title serves says it best, because it is so good. As you can see...someone's fingers could not keep out of it before I took this picture, and it was just frosted...he, he! This cake is absolutely delicious! I added the required grated carrots, and walnuts...but also added (optional) 1 cup of coconut flakes, and 2 cups of raisins. I made it really chunky..love it this way! Thank you Jane for sharing this delicious recipe..this is a keeper for me, and the name says it all!

This Is My Carrot Cake I Baked Yesterday Following This Recipe Step By Step. It Came Out Soft And Tasting Very Nice. The Sweet Aroma Of Cinnamon And Carrots Makes You Keep Wanting More. This is my carrot cake I baked yesterday following this recipe step by step. It came out soft and tasting very nice. The sweet aroma of cinnamon and carrots makes you keep wanting more. I did not ice it but still it tastes very good. I did not have walnuts instead put a few raisins and it remains the best carrot cake I have ever baked and tasted.

I can hardly wait to try this recipe. There was a store
bought one made by Oregon Farms that was out of this world
Found in the frozen foods. Came in handy for those last minute suprise visitors. They sold the company, and unable to find it. so now I will make my own and freeze it. If anyone comes across that Oregon Farm carrot cake. Please post it for me. It did have cream cheese frosting on it.
