Your Honey Crisp Apple Pie Looks wonderful Sherry, you did an amazing job. Thanks for sharing your photo. Love the apple peeler too but am a bit old fashioned and just use a knife. I am sure they all loved the pie.

I love the opportunity to use my Pampered Chef Peeler Slicer....works great for curly fries too! I don't use this often enough. Boil your apple peelings on the stove with sticks of cinnamon and cloves to make your house smell fabulous.
