Made this for the second time, LOVE it. I used 2 c water, 2 c apple cider vinegar, I only put 1 tbsp + 1 tsp sugar and various small chiles. I think I will start using this brine for my regular pickled peppers with the addition of garlic, mustard seed and oregano.
