This Recipe Is Amazingly Easy! I Love Anything That Uses Fresh Ingredients Too. I Had Some Leftover Cranberries From Thanksgiving And It Just Happened To Be Exactly 3 Cups. So Of Course I Had To Make This! I Also Had To Cut Down The Amount Of Sugar Because I Forgot To Buy It And Only Had 1 - 1/2 Cups Of Sugar In The House! I Made It With The Sugar I Had And It Came Out Gorgeous! Maybe A Tiny Bit Tart, But No Complaints!

This recipe is amazingly EASY! I love anything that uses fresh ingredients too. I had some leftover cranberries from Thanksgiving and it just happened to be exactly 3 cups. So of course I had to make this! I also had to cut down the amount of sugar because I forgot to buy it and only had 1 - 1/2 cups of sugar in the house! I made it with the sugar I had and it came out gorgeous! Maybe a tiny bit tart, but no complaints!

I Used Half Fresh Cranberries And Have Frozen Blueberries. I Sprinkled A Little Cinnamon On Top Of The Berries, Because I Usually Do When I Bake Blueberry Pie So I Figured Just A Little Would Compliment The Flavors. The Result? Well, It Is Supposed To Be For Tomorrow (thanksgiving), But We Have Already Each Taken A Bite Or Two. Lol

I used half fresh cranberries and have frozen blueberries. I sprinkled a little cinnamon on top of the berries, because I usually do when I bake blueberry pie so I figured just a little would compliment the flavors. The result? Well, it is supposed to be for tomorrow (Thanksgiving), but we have already each taken a bite or two. lol
