Photos of Cranberry Cream Torte

I Used Half Fresh Cranberries And Have Frozen Blueberries. I Sprinkled A Little Cinnamon On Top Of The Berries, Because I Usually Do When I Bake Blueberry Pie So I Figured Just A Little Would Compliment The Flavors. The Result? Well, It Is Supposed To Be For Tomorrow (thanksgiving), But We Have Already Each Taken A Bite Or Two. Lol

Thank You So Much For This Recipe! Although The Picture Doesn't Show Whipped Cream, I'd Suggest It. So Yummy!

This Recipe Is Amazingly Easy! I Love Anything That Uses Fresh Ingredients Too. I Had Some Leftover Cranberries From Thanksgiving And It Just Happened To Be Exactly 3 Cups. So Of Course I Had To Make This! I Also Had To Cut Down The Amount Of Sugar Because I Forgot To Buy It And Only Had 1 - 1/2 Cups Of Sugar In The House! I Made It With The Sugar I Had And It Came Out Gorgeous! Maybe A Tiny Bit Tart, But No Complaints!

I tried this recipe for a dinner for my church, and I have to tell you everyone left wanting more. I also made it for my family for Thanksgiving and one would think that I am the best baker for miles around. Thank you I am now going down to have some with a nice cup of coffee.

The blueberries were a lovely addition, but I can see how using cranberries only (as the original recipe calls for) would be just as good. Hubby loves blueberries so I made the swap to please him. Anyway, HUGE it!
