I have been a baked since I was 4years old. I cooked from recipes my Mom worked and never really taught me to cook. I always wondered how she knew what seasonings went into the dishes she made. In later years I realized she never did like to cook. Love to take cooking classes and see if I pick up on anything new. I have taken weekend classes at our local Le Cordon Bleu (which sadly is now gone thanks to Obama.) I'm a much-improved cook. I enjoy challenging myself.
