I have enjoyed cooking as far back as I can remember. Smells coming from either of my grandmothers or Aunt Mable's kitchens were so comforting. My southern roots mixed with my urge to try new things have led me into a world of culinary diversity. I love making people happy, by making their plates full of color, flavor and warm fuzzy feelings. Making foods that my family has made through the years brings back happy thoughts and I am more than happy to share the recipes and techniques with my kids and grandbabies, hoping one day, they too can remember the smells coming from my kitchen. :)
