I am not an everyday cook. I am semi-retired and most people would tell you that I am the queen of the microwave. I am on weight watchers so I look at recipes now and see if I can convert them to where I can make them where I can enjoy them and not worry about points. It is just me at home and I love to take something special to covered dishes at the church where I am the minister. I work part time at an insurance agency. I am excited about picking up tips from all of you.
