My newest passion (since surviving Hurricane SANDY) is FOOD STORAGE recipes! Having practiced w/BOTH freeze dried AND dehydrated foods. I am an EXPERT in dehydrating(& storing LONG TERM) my organic, moist and award winning garlic- I buy at famous festivals in the Catskills,NY. #1FOOD/FLAVOR SNOB bigtime.
