I am a young widow with 2 young children. Before my husband passed I absolutely LOVED cooking for him and my children. Cooking was to me ...my meditation...my relaxation. After he passed I didn't cook hardly at all for about a year....I'm finally starting to want to cook again. I really enjoy looking up recipes and trying them out. I do not, however, have the skill to spontaneously make up my own recipe.
The main problem I have these days is the quantity of food I make...I usually make way too much and my children and I eat it for the next 3 days! :)
