These oyster bombs are DA BOMB! Fresh oysters, smoked bacon, garlic, butter and seasonings grilled up to make a tasty treat for any party!

What's better than bacon and oysters?! When I ate these, I felt like I was transported the beach. You can easily prepare these ahead of time. Then, when guests arrive throw them on the grill. Guests will love these!

Ingredients For oyster bombs

  • 12 sm
    oysters, fresh and shucked. you can use what ever size you prefer.
  • 6 slice
    bacon cut in half and fried half way done
  • 24 slice
    fresh sliced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter cut in 1/4's
  • 12 dash
    salad elegance (johnny's) or montreal seasoning
  • your favorite hot sauce (optional)

How To Make oyster bombs

  • 1
    Cut 12 pieces of aluminum foil to 5x5 ins, or close. Place one pieces of sliced garlic in the middle.

    Add a half slice of slightly precooked bacon on top.
  • 3
    Place another slice of garlic and one oyster on top of bacon.

    Roll bacon around oyster and place cut sides down on foil.

    Add one piece of butter and a dash of seasoning.

    Gather the four corners of foil to make a cup. Be sure to leave a opening for steam to vent.

    Cook 10 minutes on a 350 grill and enjoy!

    They're ready! Serve hot and be careful these are addicting! And, of course, you can always add a dash or two of your favorite hot sauce.
