Notes from the Test Kitchen:
What's better than bacon and oysters?! When I ate these, I felt like I was transported the beach. You can easily prepare these ahead of time. Then, when guests arrive throw them on the grill. Guests will love these!

12 small
oysters, fresh and shucked. you can use what ever size you prefer.
6 slice
bacon cut in half and fried half way done
24 slice
fresh sliced garlic
3 Tbsp
butter cut in 1/4's
12 dash(es)
salad elegance (johnny's) or montreal seasoning
your favorite hot sauce (optional)

1Cut 12 pieces of aluminum foil to 5x5 ins, or close. Place one pieces of sliced garlic in the middle.
2Add a half slice of slightly precooked bacon on top.
3Place another slice of garlic and one oyster on top of bacon.
4Roll bacon around oyster and place cut sides down on foil.
5Add one piece of butter and a dash of seasoning.
6Gather the four corners of foil to make a cup. Be sure to leave a opening for steam to vent.
7Cook 10 minutes on a 350 grill and enjoy!
8They're ready! Serve hot and be careful these are addicting! And, of course, you can always add a dash or two of your favorite hot sauce.
