cooking has always been one of my passions rather i was baking a cake to braising a roast to cooking on the grill i have loved it. my grandparents raised me so as a young southern girl my grandmother taught me the fundamentals of cooking, chicken was fried in fat and cooked in a cast iron skillet as was cornbread, and cakes were made from scratch with lots of love baked into them as well, it was very rare that a cake mix was used unless i was crunched for time, I love baking as well especially during the autumn and winter months now as a young married woman my husband loves that i can cook :)
