if using chicken make sure you cube or strip your chicken so it cooks evenly this recipe is a hit at my house everyone loves it

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotini pasta uncooked
  • 1/2 pound italian sausage or ground beef, or diced ckicken
  • 1 package baby spinach
  • 1 can tomatoes, canned italian style with juice
  • 1 cup kraft mozzarella cheese with a touch of philadelphia
  • 2 teaspoons kraft grated parmesan cheese

How To Make tomato spinach pasta bake

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta in LARGE saucepan as directed on package omitting the salt
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile cook meat rather it the sausage or beef or chicken in deep large skillet on med high heat 10/12 mins or until done. drain meat and return to skillet, add your spinach and tomatoes and cook for 2 mins or until spinach is wilted stirring occasionally.
  • Step 3
    DRAIN your pasta and add your meat mixture and your cheeses, Mix lightly and enjoy :)
