Kitchen Therapy is what I call cooking and baking. Some days I need it more than others. It's a creative outlet and the finished products will never grace the cover of Bon Appetit magazine, but they certainly provide the filling, soothing effects of true "comfort food."
I'm also the author of two ghost hunting books for America's Haunted Road Trip and run the largest paranormal investigating organization in New Jersey: The NJ Ghost Hunters Society.
I'm blessed with 2 sons and married to my bestest guy ever, Kent.
