I learned cooking skills at the side of my mother in Canada, moving to Iowa I certainly couldn't pass up all that wonderful farm fresh cooking. Influenced by true Americana I tasted wonderful things that can't be found anywhere else. Now, with a green house and a list of many things I want to do, I decided to retire from my successful business and reeducated. Receiving my Bachelor of Science Degree now I am on another road to my Masters in the field of sociology, specifically Rural Sociology/Community Development through SDSU. Gardening, cooking and studying.... is there anything better?
