I am a mother of two wonderful adult Children, married to my high school sweet heart for 31 years. I started cooking when I was 16 because I was too broke to eat out. I love to cook & entertain with my family & friends. I am always coming with a new dishes to please the pallet. I enter cooking contests & Compete so I am always using family & friends as judges. I love to cook because we love to eat. Staying healthy is a big part of the reason I cook everyday. Food has to look and taste great at the same time & be healthy.
