Happiness is being in my kitchen! I’m currently in the process of installing a fabulous kitchen in my “She Chalet” to open my own baking business. I’m very excited!!! For years my family and friends have told me I should sell my baked goods. Sharing food is one of the best ways to show love and we need a lot of that today! When I share my baked goods with family and friends their expressions of gratitude is priceless and heartwarming. It’s true that we eat with our eyes first. Presentation is just as important as taste and texture. I love learning new techniques and sharing recipes.
