Food and different cuisines have always been a passion of mine. My Father was a dietician in a hospital which was predominately Jewish. At 6 I fell in love with Beef tongue and adored Brussels sprouts. So needless to say my palate was already being formed. I went back to school and became a classically trained Chef. I'm a personal Chef, but I still love my home kitchen cooking my childhood favorites and learning from everyone here. Thank you for allowing me to share.
