Since I have retired I have learned how to cook and freeze and have meals for weeks without cooking. For instance, we make Trump Turkey Burgers. Oprah had Trump on her show years ago, and loved this turkey burger. (You can find this recipe if you Google it.) We double the recipe and this burger does not get any better. We grill sixteen burgers at a time, and freeze them.

Last night we had a microwaved grilled Turkey burger, salad, and green beans for dinner. It took 10 minutes to get this meal completed. It was awesome.
