I am a well seasoned cook. I have been cooking for 36 years and eating for 54. I live by three simple rules of cooking.
#1.) Cook to be the Best or Die like the Rest!
B.). He who never tries, never fails. Nor does he ever
Succeed!
#3.). He who cooks, Never has to wash the dishes!

They have served me well over the years. I call myself a Chef because after 36 years in the business I feel I have earned it. I also have a Culinary degree which with a $1.06 can buy me a small coffee at McDonald's. I always say "Live by the knife, die by the first fork full!"
