When you taste some of these Mexican style pancake as part of your main meal to serve with hot black beans and and Spanish rice, you will find that they are not just for dinner-just spread with butter and eat as you would a roll or bread, but can become an appetizer very easy...just make them smaller and make a nice salsa or guacamole dip and serve to your guests.. These are very easy to make, in fact you can make them in a panini grill, George Formann grill or in your favorite skillet or on the grill. These freeze well-so make some for the freezer .
