I first began baking around 1957, at the age of 7, while my family operated 2 restaurants from 1956 to 1963. I continue baking to this day, but am now limited due to space, income, health and I really no longer NEED baked goods due to my current health! I've also collected numerous cookbooks ranging from the 1600's to the present.
