spirulina powder (optional)

kale (handful)

baby spinach (handful)
1 to 2 large
frozen banana(s)

Step-By-Step

1Blend in Blender on low (Vita-Mix is my favorate)
Almond Milk
Cinnamon
Spirulina
Stevia
2Add
Kale
Spinach

Blend on High until Liquified
3Add Frozen Banana (Broken into pieces)

Blend on High until smooth
