Ingredients

CAKE

1/4 c
vegetable oil or softened butter
1/4 c
banana
2 large
eggs
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
2/3 c
plain yogurt
1/4 c
milk
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 3/4 c
flour (i use spelt flour)
1 tsp
baking soda
2 tsp
baking powder

GLAZE

6 oz
unsweetened pineapple juice
1 tsp
cornstarch
1 tsp
cornstarch
1/2 tsp
cinnamon

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together the eggs, butter, mashed banana until creamy. add yogurt, vanilla, and milk beat well. Mix in remained ingredients beating until smooth. Put into a oiled and floured 9 inch pan. Bake 350 for 25 minutes until done, cool on a wire rack.

2for topping
Put all in a sauce pan over medium heat whisking until it thickens slightly and remove from heat.

To serve spoon glaze over warm cake. Serves 6.
