- olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 500 grams vegetables of choice
- 1 liter stock
- dried herbs
- salt
- pepper
How To Make vegetable soup

Step 1Chop the onion and sweat in olive oil. Dice vegetables and crush garlic, add to onion.

Step 2Add stock, dried herbs, salt and pepper Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 3Blend/liquidize to desired consistency and adjust seasoning.
