Ingredients
- 2 packages smoked turkey sausage, sliced into medium coins
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 1 small head of cabbage, cut to large diced chunkss
- 5-6 medium yukon gold potatoes
- 1 large onion, large dice
- 2 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon hot german mustard
- 1 tablespoon cider or red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons caraway seed (optional)
How To Make slow cooker smoked sausage, carrots and cabbage

Step 1Layer the cabbage,potatoes, onion, carrots and sausage in the 5 to 6-quart slow cooker.

Step 2Whisk together the juice concentrate, mustard, vinegar and caraway seeds. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper to taste, if desired.

Step 3Pour the beef broth over all.

Step 4Slow cook on low for 8-10 hours.
