Ingredients For pop-eye and olive oil soup

2 cfresh spinach leaves (2 big hands), chopped

1 ccourgette (zucchini), chopped

1 ckale, chopped

1/4 colive oil, extra virgin or avocado oil

1 pinchhimalaya salt
-
1/2 cpine nuts (or cashew nuts)

2 ccoconut milk
-
1 cwater
How To Make pop-eye and olive oil soup

1Put everything except the nuts in a big pan. Bring to boil and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

2Put in blender. Serve in bowls, sprinkle nuts. Enjoy!
