fresh spinach leaves (2 big hands), chopped
1 c
courgette (zucchini), chopped
1 c
kale, chopped
1/4 c
olive oil, extra virgin or avocado oil
1 pinch
himalaya salt
1/2 c
pine nuts (or cashew nuts)
2 c
coconut milk
1 c
water

  • 1Put everything except the nuts in a big pan. Bring to boil and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
