olive oil, extra virgin or avocado oil

himalaya salt

pine nuts (or cashew nuts)

How to Make Pop-Eye and Olive Oil soup


  • 1Put everything except the nuts in a big pan. Bring to boil and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  • 2Put in blender. Serve in bowls, sprinkle nuts. Enjoy!
