    red pepper, chopped

    garlic cloves, chopped

    tomato chopped
  • 3
    carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1
    celery stalk, sliced
  • 1 bunch
    kale
  • 1 bunch
    spinach
  • 1/2
    head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 bunch
    broccoli florets
  • 1 bunch
    parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    oregano
  • ·
    salt/pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4 c
    vegetable stock
  • 4 c
    water

How to Make Monika's Detox Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large pot, add olive oil, saute onions, peppers, garlic & tomatoes for a couple minutes.
  2. add in all the veggies, as well as the vegetable stock.
  3. add salt, pepper & oregano, simmer on low, 1 hour.
