Ingredients
- 1/2 - onion, chopped
- 1/2 - green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 - red pepper, chopped
- 2 - garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 - tomato chopped
- 3 - carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 - celery stalk, sliced
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 bunch spinach
- 1/2 - head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 bunch broccoli florets
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- - salt/pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- 4 cups water
How To Make monika's detox soup

Step 1In a large pot, add olive oil, saute onions, peppers, garlic & tomatoes for a couple minutes.

Step 2add in all the veggies, as well as the vegetable stock.

Step 3add salt, pepper & oregano, simmer on low, 1 hour.
