- 4 cups fresh kale, chopped
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 1/2 cup turmeric, fresh & peeled
- 1/2 - onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bunch cilantro, fresh
- 1 large container of vegetable stock
- - salt/pepper to taste
How To Make kale turmeric soup

Step 1in a large pot on med high, saute in olive oil diced onions, smashed garlic cloves and peeled diced turmeric.

Step 2add all the veggies and the broth.

Step 3simmer on low 30-45 mins ( depending on you preference on your veggies) I like al dente.
