olive oil

container of vegetable stock
salt/pepper to taste

How to Make Kale Turmeric Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1in a large pot on med high, saute in olive oil diced onions, smashed garlic cloves and peeled diced turmeric.
  • 2add all the veggies and the broth.
  • 3simmer on low 30-45 mins ( depending on you preference on your veggies) I like al dente.
