- 1/4 pound salt pork ( or you can use chopped bacon )
- 1 - onion diced
- 3 cups diced boiled potatoes
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup corn cooked fresh or canned
- 4 cups hot milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- - chopped parsley
How To Make grandma delleplain corn chowder.

Step 1Cut pork into small pieces, add onions and cook until tender.

Step 2Add potatoes, boilong water, corn and hot milk. Season with salt and pepper and heat to boiling, serve with parsley on top.
