Ingredients

  • 3 medium carrots, chopped
  • 4 stalks celery ribs-chopped
  • 1/2 medium onions-chopped
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 2 medium boneless chicken breast=cooked and shredded
  • 2 teaspoons tumerec
  • 2 cloves garlic-diced
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 2 dashes cayenne pepper
  • 2 dashes garlic parsley salt
  • 2 cups cooked couscous
  • 1 large lemon-squeezed

How To Make cold-fighting chicken and couscous soup

  • Step 1
    Cook and Shred Chicken
  • Step 2
    In a Dutch Oven, add 2 T olive oil. Saute' Carrots, celery, and onions until tender.
  • Step 3
    Add in Chicken, Stock, and ,cayenne pepper,,lemon juice. . Stir. Add in Couscous, Stir, Simmer 1/2 hour.
