- 3 medium carrots, chopped
- 4 stalks celery ribs-chopped
- 1/2 medium onions-chopped
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 2 medium boneless chicken breast=cooked and shredded
- 2 teaspoons tumerec
- 2 cloves garlic-diced
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 2 dashes cayenne pepper
- 2 dashes garlic parsley salt
- 2 cups cooked couscous
- 1 large lemon-squeezed

Step 1Cook and Shred Chicken

Step 2In a Dutch Oven, add 2 T olive oil. Saute' Carrots, celery, and onions until tender.

Step 3Add in Chicken, Stock, and ,cayenne pepper,,lemon juice. . Stir. Add in Couscous, Stir, Simmer 1/2 hour.
