1/4 csour cream
2 ccooked rice
1-10 oz pkgfrozen chopped broccoil thawed and drained
1tomato cut into 1/4 inch thick slice
How to Make BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE BY EDDIE
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 11/2 quart baking dish with non stick cooking spray set aside.
- Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add onion, celery and bell pepper cook and stir over medium heat until tender
- Stir in soup, sour cream and water.Layer rice, soup mixture and broccoli in a prepared dish.
- Cover and bake 20 minutes. Top with tomato slices bake uncovered 10 minutes.
