Ingredients

  • 01/2 c
    onions chopped
  • 1/2 c
    celery chopped
  • 1/2 c
    red bell pepper chopped
  • 1-10 oz can(s)
    condensed broccoli and cheese soup undiluted
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2 c
    cooked rice
  • 1-10 oz pkg
    frozen chopped broccoil thawed and drained
  • 1
    tomato cut into 1/4 inch thick slice

How to Make BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE BY EDDIE

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 11/2 quart baking dish with non stick cooking spray set aside.
  2. Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add onion, celery and bell pepper cook and stir over medium heat until tender
  3. Stir in soup, sour cream and water.Layer rice, soup mixture and broccoli in a prepared dish.
  4. Cover and bake 20 minutes. Top with tomato slices bake uncovered 10 minutes.
