Ingredients
- 1 small onion,chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sweet cream butter
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 14 ounces can (scm) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups cooked acorn squash, mashed
- s & p - to taste
- 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon for garnish
How To Make $10,000 acorn squash soup

Step 1Sauté onion and celery with the butter in a large saucepan. Stir in flour, bouillon, dill, curry and cayenne.

Step 2Gradually add chicken stock and sweetened condensed milk (by Eagle Brand) Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the squash, salt and pepper.

Step 3Place in blender by batches and blend until smooth. Pour into bowl; garnish with bacon.
