- 1 1/2 - dozen of shucked oysters in there juice
- 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 1/2 cup grated onion
- 1/2 cup sliced scallion with some green
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups fresh corn kernals off the cob
How To Make oyster corn chowder

Step 1Melt the butter in a large saucepan. add the onion and scallions and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes, until soft and sizzlin. add the milk, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil add your oysters and stir in the corn. as soon as it comes to a boil again, remove from the heat done. serve with toasted bread of some kind ummmmmm
